I Have No Pictures, but...

Yesterday WHILE JOSEY WAS WATCHING THE KIDS (yes, that is an important point), Jordan managed to climb onto the roof of the house. Josey was doing some roof repair and had left the ladder precariously perched on a table so that he could reach the roof, and I guess Jordan thought it would be fun to try and climb it. He is a brave little boy, and a good climber. Apparently, he got quite the scolding from his daddy about how dangerous this was, but luckily he managed to survive with no falls. Life is always an adventure with these two.

So, next time Josey gives me a (very) hard time when something like this happens while I'm watching the kids:
I'll just remind him about the time Jordan climbed onto the roof under his care!

Aren't you glad that your children have a spirit of fearlessness? How well it will serve them during their lifetime.

You've got some crazy little boys there! Maybe you should encourage them to watch tv and play video games more.

HOLY COW! That is one brave little guy. As much as you'd like to kick his behind, you have to admire him for trying so adventurous. :) I love that it happened while Josey was watching them. Kind of reminds me of the time Greg was watching Garrett and fell asleep while Garrett tore our house apart...(At least he was inside, though!)

I laughed out loud when I read this. Don't you love having two little boys?!...Oh, the trouble they can get into!

I think those things happen as tender mercies...Jordan was fine...and it just reminds our good husbands that it really does only take ONE second of looking away...
